White Chicken Chili

White Chicken Chili
1 32-oz. box chicken stock
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained and rinsed
1/2 of the meat from a rotisserie chicken
1 16-oz. jar mild salsa
8 oz. pepper jack cheese, grated
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
sour cream, for garnish

Place all ingredients, except cheese and sour cream, in a stockpot over medium-high heat.  Heat till hot.  Stir in cheese until melted.  Serve with sour cream and chips.
